A: Delivery time typically is 3-6 weeks depending on event size. Expect to see a first look within the first 3 days along with consistent updates and communication throughout.
Q: What if I need changes made after rendering or delivery ?
A: We'll take care of all non major changes free of charge.
Q: Can I send in my own 3D assets, graphics, and brand logos to be used in the sitemap ?
A: Yes! we encourage this as it helps with designing assets and speeds up the process.
Q: Can I update or add on to my existing sitemap in the future ?
A: Sitemap upgrades are available at a discounted price as long as the location, layout, and designs remain similar or the same.
Q: Is my sitemap compatible with VR ?
A: We dont offer VR support at the moment.
